High-Precision Injection Mold Manufacturing
All PQMold injection molds are designed and manufactured in accordance with SPI Class 101–103 standards. We produce molds ranging from 3.5” × 5” up to 50” × 60”, with configurations from single-cavity to 96-cavity systems. Our capabilities include MUD units, hand-loaded inserts, action molds, hot runner systems, three-plate molds, family molds, and unscrewing molds. Our experienced mold makers and machinists utilize advanced CNC machining centers and EDM equipment to ensure consistent precision and durability.
In-House R&D, Sampling, and Validation
PQMold operates dedicated R&D and mold trial centers within our tooling facility for mold setting, sampling, and validation. This enables our design and manufacturing teams to observe mold performance in real production conditions and implement rapid improvements. We also support FAIR (First Article Inspection Reports) to accelerate customer approval and enhance overall delivery efficiency.

PQMold establishes customized mold maintenance plans based on production cycle counts. Our fully equipped tool shop supports preventive and corrective maintenance activities to protect mold integrity and performance.
